Workout Mix

Ok  so I put some thought into this week’s playlist and I decided to do two playlists one for the Jumping of the rope and one for the weight training.  I found that if I listen to certain music I can jump and perform better than other music.

So one additional note.  I have been avoiding my scale after the first couple of weeks because I really didn’t see any progress with regard to weight.  So today I weighed myself and I am down just under 10lbs.  Yeah me!
