Day 28: exercise and relaxation

Today I really pushed myself and got a really good workout in.  I was driving my way home and my vehicle broke down.  I have two SUVs.  Yes I know….  I have a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have a old 92 toyota 4runner.  I use the 4runner for going deep in the woods and I always have my bike and workout equipment in the back.   So I drove my 4runner to the gym and on the way back it just died.   :-(  So I spent the first part of my morning Macgyvering a fix for a sliced auxiliary power cable.  (Exercise for the brain.)   Amazing that such a small part can put a car out of commission.

imageThen I spent my afternoon pulling weeds and working in the yard. One of my least favorite activities plus I keep my neighbors yard up so I had to clean hers as well.

Needless to say I was kinda lazy for dinner I went out for sushi. I have a favorite place that I know very well and I was able to have them measure out the appropriate amount of raw tuna and brown rice.   Nom Nom Nom.
