So here it is my first post on the PCP. This post is partially a test, but it is also where I wanted to talk about some reasons for my participating in the PCP. I have been in the process of getting fit for the last few years. Regular workouts, Regular improvements to my eating habits, but because of my travel schedule and eating habits I am not always able to course correct.
For me, the challenge is an opportunity to do the course correction and move forward with my fitness goals. I think because of the focus of the program and the "tools" involved that I will be able to get to my goal weight a lot quicker than without a plan. Also, I am looking to actually improve how I perform when I am playing hockey, running or just trying to focus at work.

Jeremiah, you are not going to believe how much better you'll be on the ice. I play hockey regularly and the season finished half way through the PCP. I played again last week and crushed everyone in speed, power, agility - you name it. The PCP will get you where you want to be and beyond.
