On the food plan.

I decided to do another post tonight because I went through my kitchen and did some measurement to see what foods I could eat that currently live in my cabinet.   Here is a short list of things I found:

Food Weight
1 Organic chicken breast (After cooking) 100 grams
2 slices whole wheat bread 100 grams
1 packet tuna fish in water 85 grams
1 cup of cherries 80 grams
1 Pkg cucina fresh whole wheat pasta 235 grams

My realization: I am about to start eating a lot of food.

I did a bit of pre-cooking tonight. I will try and share later what I cooked and how I did it.   Just thought I would share what I found.

  1. True. I have a feeling that I am a in a famine state a lot of the time so when I do eat a healthy meal my body stores it as fat for later.

  2. After the half diet, I'm pretty sure I'm now eating more than I was before the diet. More or less the same things too, but paying waaay more attention.
